Military, Veterans, & First Responders:

Catch your breath

at The Mill Estate

Welcome to The Mission at The Mill inc.  We are glad you're here.  There are a million reasons you are reading this right now.  Perhaps you ended up here by accident.  Perhaps you are curious.  Perhaps you just want a break.  Perhaps you are desperate for a sanctuary in the middle of a life that feels overwhelming.  Whatever the reason, you're here.

Our mission is simple: Enrich the marriages of our military, veterans, and first responders.

Serving others, living out a higher calling to humanity can be daunting at best. Seemingly impossible and isolating at worst. We understand. We have been there. You are working long shifts, gone for days, weeks, months at a time. Away from your family. Away from the husband/wife you love. You question why you went down this path in the first place. Your spouse is left to deal with every other aspect of the life you have built and they are equally frustrated and worn out.

Would you like to catch your breath? Would you like space and time to talk? Would you like to just simply be? We can help. We would love to help.

The Mill is an 18 acre property situated on the beautiful Flat Rock River in central Indiana. Built in the 1800s, the grand estate feels like stepping back in time. To a different era when life was slower and time cherished. Run your hands through the grass, lay in it if you want! Take a deep breath and listen to the sounds of the river. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, or the chill of the morning air.

In addition to the stunning views, we are able to provide Christian marriage enrichment services.

What We Believe image
THE BIBLE:
We believe the Bible is the holy, inerrant word of God. Scripture is true and trustworthy, profitable for teaching, convicting, correcting, and instructing in all facets of life.

MARRIAGE:
Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God’s unique gift to reveal the union between Christ and His church and to provide for the man and the woman in marriage the framework for intimate companionship, the channel of sexual expression according to biblical standards, and the means for procreation of the human race.

THE APOSTLES' CREED
We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
We believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
Amen.
